The SSI Science of Diving speciality program will help you increase your level of dive awareness by exploring all the most important aspects of diving theory, including: diving physics, diving physiology, decompression theory, water environment and diving equipment.

During the SSI Photo & Video dive speciality program you will gain the knowledge and skills that will allow you to dive safely and use your underwater photo or video camera at the same time. We will also teach you techniques that allow you to take extraordinary underwater photos and videos and subject them to further digital processing.

During the SSI Underwater Communication dive speciality program you will gain knowledge and skills in operating devices for underwater voice communication with the use of full-face masks. To obtain this speciality, you must first complete the SSI Full Face Mask Diving course.
